. To increase your brand loyalty, and ultimately sales and brand awareness, you need to provide content that adds value and quality to your fans’ lives. You have to give them the kind of access to and interaction with your brand that makes them want to keep coming back to your site, sharing it on their own social media sites, and buying from you over and over again. If you aren’t providing content that is valuable for them, then why should they pay attention?

As consumers, we eagerly await comments, likes, saves, and shares from our audience. This tells us their interest in our content, but what are we giving to them that shows they are interested?
The ability to respond quickly to your messages and actively reciprocate where you're tagged is crucial to increasing not only follower count but sales as well.
Tip #2 - Respond Promptly
Respond to messages within 24 hours on business days, and on Monday spend extra time catching up on the weekend messages. Include this expectation in any auto-reply messages. Whenever someone leaves a comment, take a moment to consider the context: Is it a recommendation or is it a question about your business or product? If so, try to respond to those comments promptly.
In comments, users will often tag their friends and family, so you don't need to reply to any messages directed to others unless that message is relevant to you.
